I even went on there website when I received the order to make sure it didn't add me to any auto shipping program. I declined and said no to sign up for auto shipping. I called and ordered it and was tried to be upsold by a robot.
OWL SOUNDS FREE
I heard the radio show about the ***** *** CR, it said it was free to try and you just paid $4.95 for shipping. I am giving a three-star rating because I do think the products are decent quality, but will most likely not do business with them again. This feels deceptive and that there are a myriad of pricing schemes depending on how you place your order. He would then give me the $20.00 off, but could not provide the $50.00 free anti-aging cream also offered on the coupon.

The customer service rep suggested he place the order and offered me the following: 2 for 1 for a total over $50.00, the product sells for $27.48 each. He suggested it might be because it was a subscription order - I changed it to one time purchase and received the same message. I decided to call customer service.I was told by customer service that the minimum was $50.00. There was no such qualifier anywhere on the coupon. The message in the cart indicated that my order did not qualify due to the amount. I attempted to place an order this morning using a coupon that was attached to a packing slip. The products appear to be on par with others at a similar price, but the marketing seem very deceptive. Initially I thought that Purity Products offered a high-quality product and ethical service. If they don't care about a long-term customer who has already paid them thousands of dollars, why would they care about anyone new? I'm not sure which is worse, their dysfunctional online system or their incompetent representatives (who seem to LACK integrity and FAIL to "satisfy" even customers TRYING TO PAY THEM - and TO HELP THEM fix problems). All I initially wanted was to PAY them and receive what I ordered - but I have now had so many times that things have gone wrong and people promised to do something didn't that I am posting this to WARN others to NOT trust this company - and to consider buying from someone else. I'm SURE the problem with their system that I tried to make them aware of affects many others, as well. Recently, I have experienced multiple problems with their online order system - and every time I call to talk to some in person, the reps make things worse, do NO do what they say, and then either hang up on me or claim someone will call - but nobody ever does. They claim I am supposedly a "Platinum" Customer - yet I do NOT see quality, value, integrity, or customer satisfaction they claim are so important to them. I have bought products from Purity for over 10 years. I'd like to know what Purity Products has to say now, about the lavender capsules. Now, I'm seeing Internet ads and infomercial videos showing the larger tan colored capsules! I still have my bottle from Purity Products and the ingredients list doe NOT contain astaxanthin and the bottle has a hot pink band, instead of turquoise, on the front.I believe that I received either an OLD version, or a COUNTERFEIT version. He checked and told me that they are LAVENDER, so I sent back the **** bottle, thinking it was counterfeit. I asked him what color the capsules are supposed to be. I called Customer Service at Purity Products and after an hour, I finally, got to speak with Charles. The capsules I received were LARGER, and a TAN color. *********** was out of stock when I tried to reorder, so I ordered a bottle from ****. Capsules from both companies were SMALL LAVENDER colored capsules. I made certain that I wasn't allergic, then ordered 2 bottles from ***********.com and got a cheaper price than Purity Products' reg. On 8-30-22, I ordered one bottle of My Biotin from Purity Products, at a special discount of $22.24.
